Endurance training is often considered more sensible than strength training from a fitness and health perspective because it improves cardiovascular health, increases stamina, and helps with weight management. Endurance training also enhances overall physical performance and can be beneficial for activities that require sustained effort over time, such as running, cycling, or swimming. Additionally, endurance training can help reduce the risk of chronic diseases like heart disease, diabetes, and obesity. **

Additionally, it can improve mental well-being and reduce stress levels. While strength training is important for building muscle and bone strength, endurance training provides a more comprehensive approach to overall fitness and health. **

Strength training can still lead to some improvements in muscle strength and endurance, even with unhealthy nutrition. However, the results may not be as significant or sustainable compared to when combined with a balanced and nutritious diet. Unhealthy nutrition can hinder muscle recovery, increase the risk of injury, and limit overall performance during strength training. Therefore, it is important to prioritize a healthy and balanced diet to maximize the benefits of strength training. **

It depends on the individual's fitness level, goals, and overall health. For some people, combining kickboxing and strength training may be too much exercise, leading to overtraining and potential injuries. It is important to listen to your body, give yourself adequate rest and recovery time, and consult with a fitness professional to create a balanced workout routine that aligns with your fitness goals. **

My favorite exercise in strength training is the deadlift. It is a compound exercise that targets multiple muscle groups, including the hamstrings, glutes, lower back, and forearms. I love the feeling of lifting heavy weight off the ground and the sense of accomplishment that comes with it. Deadlifts also help improve overall strength and power, making it a great exercise for building functional strength. **
